InkFlip Refund Policy
Effective date: June 29, 2026
InkFlip currently offers free preview generation. If paid HD exports or a stencil pack launch later, this policy will govern those purchases.
When refunds apply
- Duplicate charges or clear billing mistakes.
- Failed paid downloads that were charged but not delivered.
- Any refund required by applicable law or the payment provider's rules.
When refunds do not apply
- Free preview usage.
- Digital files successfully delivered and downloaded, except where required by law.
- Requests caused by user error, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the concept output alone.
How to request one
- Email support@inkflip.ai with the date, email address, and order or transaction ID.
- Include a short description of the issue and any screenshots if available.
- We will review the request and reply as soon as reasonably possible.
